Terms of Service
These Terms of Service cover your use of grandrapidsmichiganplumber.com (the "site"), operated by Grand Rapids Michigan Plumber ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The Site Is for Information
Our service pages, town pages and guides explain plumbing problems, local utility rules and typical costs in the Grand Rapids area. They are general information, not professional advice for your specific home or business. Plumbing systems, codes and utility rules vary by property and change over time, so confirm anything important with a licensed plumber, your local permit office or your water utility before acting on it.
City programs, utility rules, fees and other local facts on this site come from public sources we cite on each page. We work to keep them current, but those sources can change without notice, and the source's own current version controls.
Safety First
If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call 911 or your gas utility from outside. For active flooding, shut off the main water valve if you can do so safely and keep away from standing water near electrical outlets or panels. Nothing on this site replaces emergency services.
Prices on This Site Are Not Quotes
Cost tables on this site show typical market ranges from published cost guides and public fee schedules. They are not quotes, estimates or offers. The price for any job is set by the plumbing professional who handles it, based on the actual work, and is confirmed with you before work begins.
Service Requests
Sending a form or calling our number is a request for service, not a booking or a contract. Your request goes to the licensed plumbing company that performs service under the Grand Rapids Michigan Plumber name in your area. The scope, price, schedule, warranty and other terms of any plumbing work are agreed between you and that company before the work starts, and those terms govern the job.
Response times depend on demand, weather, location and the type of problem, and aren't guaranteed by this site.

- Use the forms to send spam, advertising or harmful code
